What Happens After Getting in Touch

A time is arranged for the site visit, usually within a few days. At the measure, the area is measured, the ground is checked for sand, clay, damp or salt, falls and drainage are looked at, and finishes are talked through with samples where they help.

A fixed written quote follows that lists the excavation, base, membrane, reinforcement, concrete grade, finish and any removal of old concrete. If the job needs a soil test, engineering, a building permit or a council crossover permit, that is explained up front. Once the quote is accepted, a pour date is booked, with summer pours scheduled for the early morning.
